A year ago I was quoted $55k for a 30x40 with 4" concrete and a 10' apron. One man door, three windows and a 16' garage door. Price difference between tin and shingle roof was neutral, but lap siding to match the house was about a $5k add-on. Just the building was about $26k with the rest being concrete.
