Had winning bid on some tracts on common ground. They called yesterday to say hi and they accept my bid and all is well and lease will come thru common ground.
Got txt this AM saying Nevermind they are switching up plans
Might just have to bid up some ground and walk away when they call
And you can be damn sure I’m calling the landowner
