Going to be harder and harder to generate income if the state forces you to scrap your old diesels and buy new.
And that’s just one example. A lot easier to make money when you don’t have to abide by some bureaucrats honey do list just to buy votes or pad his wallet.
I’m pretty sure most rural counties could figure out a way to balance the budget without having their hand held.
