30 foot deep will barely get an extended cab truck in and give you walk around room. 2o foot wide is too narrow to be considered a 2 car. . MInimum width is 24 feet. Haveto remember dimensions are outside you have wall thickness and door jam thickness . You can't put 2 9 foot doors in a 20 foot wide building
