When I was in HS a MS teacher went to the chiropractor, never walked again, I have had neck issues was real bad back in 2010, went to a good physical therapist and she eventually got me fixed up, what a good one can do is nothing short of a miracle. I would look at a small independent, not that big organizations don't have good ones, but it is too easy for incompetence to hide in a large organization.
