For some reason, the security software you are using seems to have a lot in common with politics and religion. Maybe something polite folks don't talk about???
I haven't had to un-plug or restart my computer because it's acting weird or slowing down for seven or eight years. Might need to restart to install a windows or AV update and I ALWAYS! do those but I'm never troubled with viruses or malware. 
I run Windows 10 Pro, Windows 11 Pro, and Android phones & tablets. I run the paid version of Malwarebytes on all my devices.
