after watching all the houses burn in California I would only use something that is fire retardant. that means brick or stone or steel or aluminum. maybe others. not wood or vinyl or anything that needs painting.



Woman at work built a new house in the last couple years she went to great measures to make it as fire resistant as possible since she was in a house fire growing up. Guess what? Her new house burned before she moved in from a charging power tool. I get the Californians using less flammable roofing and other exterior materials but for the rest of us why?
