NW MN | Just to be clear is the iPad under glass? Can it be removed if so? Layer of glass or type of glass may interfere with touch functionality.
Can you use another iPad in its place if the screen has gone bad and that’s why it took multiple swipes.
You should be able to do a factory reset to get the iPad back to a fresh OS install the deletes previous owners account.
