I wouldn’t reply to that at all.
Here we have a NAPA that sends out statements after the due date.
I sent a check, with a copy of the envelope that it came in circling the date it was postmarked and then circling the statement date with the amount due.
Next time I’ll assess a vendor charge for putting up with them.
