So basically, they cannot deny him the time off “unpaid” to report for his duty. But they also cannot force him to use vacation time to be able to report for duty? Did I interrupt your post correctly? I don’t disagree about the double dipping. It was a great perk he had at his former job. But they cannot force him to use vacation time for reporting?
Anyone here in a branch of the Reserves?
