On mine, I have every landlord and acres on the left and yield across the top. I know exactly how much grain I have based off what the farm will avg both by farm and total and I do this for corn and beans. On the right hand side I have all my contracts to where/who bushels CBOT price and basis and keep running totals…..even for years out.
Excel is pretty easy and it’s winter time, you can have it built in 1 evening even if you have to google all the formulas.
