goodhue county,mn | they get lucky like everyone does .....i have paid subscitions every so often...i get a free trial for a period of time everry couple years........i write down when i sell and price and when they tell me to and the price.....i would say 50 % ...for both of us ,,,,so i dont see the need to pay for the subscription any more.......i did notice on a flat market like we had when i was younger they probly shine ,getting you the top third of the prices........but i feel in a market where the price moves alot....they dont know beans......but then who does,,its luck at that point................... back in 2013,14,15 ,,,you couldnt do a bad job,,prices were high every day...what i didnt like about them in those years ,,their sell signals lasted for weeks or longer...kinda protected them selves that they were doing a good job.....my 2 cents | |
