No fertilizer is a "pound is a pound. "

Boron is mobile in the soil.

Broadcasting micros is absolutely one of the poorest bang for the buck. Do the math, 10 lbs of dry boron per acre is what? .05 of a gram per plant in corn?


Boron is not seed safe, some products will have Boron in furrow but it's rate is very low.

Foliar is extremely efficient and done properly the best way to get micros.

Liquid at the base of the plant like a Y drop would also be very effective.
