I’m actually adressing an issue with my 13yos school currently.
His health teacher told the class “it’s unhealthy to eat beef, it’s bad for you, and shouldn’t be eaten very often”. And this is in a rural community with quite a bit of beef production. If a teacher in this area can’t get it right, what are they teaching in the cities and suburbs?
