If you are wanting to read the air bag pressure not the down force on the gauge wheels.
Then the hose to a pressure gauge in the cab is the cheapest.
You can also use a pressure sensor and a gauge if you want wires instead of a hose.
You might try a tire pressure monitoring system because they are wireless so no need to connect hose or wires. I don't know how long batteries last or if you need a truck system because of high pressure.

On a previous planter I had 3 sections I controlled the air pressure on. To do this I used 12V solenoid blocks with switches in the cab and to read the air pressure I use a wired electric gauge that had 4 digital read out in it. One for each section and 1 for the tank pressure. They use this stuff on low rider cars so they can change heights on the go for fun and also on pickups to control rider heights. I bought the stuff on Ebay.

If you have a liquid module on the system, you might be able to use 1 of the 3 pressure readings in it to see the pressure for the air bags but it would be on a different screen than the planter stuff. This would also log data of what pressure you used.

Sometimes we just need to think outside the box of how companies do things, because they need to make it so it can work for everyone not just to fit your needs.
