Hold it for another 3-14 months. Not much is moving right now, find the dealer that’s willing to negotiate.
Sister is looking at trading pickups, thinking it can be done for low 20 cents/mile again. But she’s going from ~5yr old to new. Age is probably the only negative the dealer will find with your pickup.
