MN | They went to subscription based to continue downloading from the bank and doing payroll, and did not allow me to renew the subscription for a reasonable price.
Now they've crippled the software and limited access to the data, only allowing some reports, etc.
Crippled access ends in 1 year and then I'll have no access to the data.
Really bad situation as far as I am concerned.
I've switched to online quickbooks, but without purchasing a subscription for each desktop quickbooks file I use I don't have I don't have access.
The more I've used online, the more disappointed I am with it. It looks all neat and modern, but some things are extremely hard to do with it, nonsensical procedures. I'm a fan of K.I.S.S. and this is not it. And finally you're entirely dependent on paying their ever increasing subscription.
