Run the tractor idling, or just over idle. Put it in something like 1st or 2nd high range in a large open area. Turn the steering to lock, and step on the brake like you are wanting to turn tighter. If the TA shifts down, your Power Steering pump is weak, or the MCV valve is leaking.
