Another option- Wearparts wavy closers.    I can't say they are an improvement for difficult notill conditions or whatever, but after about six seasons they've definitely been a cure for problems I used to occasionally have with corn stalks or root balls hanging up in the closers when it gets damp after dark.   And they show very little wear so far.
