Yeah it's tall but flipping the axle will probably screw up your alignment. How fast are you planning on pulling it? Any crazy road entrances? I've seen a lot of tanks in dump trucks and they are about the same hight.
I made mine with a vertical tank and as low as I could without making a drop frame. My concern was climbing up to dump what I drain out of hoses in the top.
