| how about on the usda yield they go to rounding it off to the nearest 5 bushel? all this 1/10th of a bushel increments just makes them sound smarter than they really are, if they could guess it to the nearest 5 bushel, i think that would be impressive enough. then they wouldn`t have to revise so much, buyers & sellers could use their gut to determine whether it`s a "strong 180" or a "weak 180" national yield, if they need that close of a guess.
then on this "low carbon aviation fuel" just forget about all these stupid hoops to jump through and pipelines for an imaginary problem... life`s too short. airline fuel could just use good old ethanol without goofy tax credits. the fact that ethanol is renewable is good enough without all the pixie dust.
but everybody wants to make things more complicated than it needs be. | |
