I’m with you 100% but my sweet tooth and the sugar thing is a tall mountain to overcome. That and getting some arthritis setting in (I’m 51) from all the miles. I’m still playing full court basketball with the young guys a couple of times a week because I enjoy the competition and it’s way less monotonous than just doing any kind of regular cardio workout.
