My wife swears by this. Take two cold washcloths and wet them in COLD water. Then wring out most of the water and tie one to each wrist with the knot sitting on the underside of the wrist where you check your pulse. The tighter the better. That's it! The theory is that there is a pressure point in the wrist that it manipulates.
