Where are these Santa Anna winds located?
Is it just in Southern California?
In the LA area?

Apparently the winds start in the,
The Great Basin Desert in Nevada,
This leads to the,
Santa Anna Mountains,
This leads to the,
Santa Anna Canyon,
This leads to the,
Los Angeles Basin,
All downhill from the Desert.

Apparently it is only South of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Total lack of planning for the entire area to burn up.
