Fed funding already thin because they had blew all their disaster money on illegals b4 the NC Flood disaster. MD democratic gov that took over in 2022 started with a 5bil surplus and already has 3bil deficit. Republican b4 him started with 5bil deficit and had a 5bil surplus when he finished after 8 years.
