Drove one a long time ago, the 5 is synced but the 4 is not. So you must float the 4 and then shift the 5. You have to use both hands when shifting the 4 to change the range and the 5 to change within that range. You will be going 20-25 in 1st range and sync 5th at rated engine speed. It was hard to learn but you can get onto it, but I wouldn't do it again.
