Not a here thing.  
 34 years ago the Middle school I attended I to this day didn’t know how it wasn’t condemned.   3 story building and I remember the south wall being secured to the rest with steel plate and threaded rod. Fairly sizable cracks.  Thankfully it got closed shortly afterwards and recently demoed.  The building my daughter attends my mom went to nearly 70 years ago.   I believe mom was one of the first classes for a 70 year old structure it’s in surprisingly good shape.
