We smoke salmon alot the other day we were at Sam's they had Steelhead Trout. Oh was it good. If they have it in the future I'll buy it before salmon.
it is better, although technically once a rainbow trout goes downstream into the ocean it morphs into a true salmonid. But it is most definitely the superior fish of all the salmon I think. King or Chinook is my second choice. Pink salmon is at the bottom of the list. |
