You're asking number of feeders you're buying, raising feed for, taking care of and selling?

I think 600 head plus the crop production to feed them would be a handful pretty much anywhere for a one man band. With those numbers you'd almost nee to figure another 25-50% of a hand to help various times of the year or have wife/kids/family around.

Depends what your cost structure is like, facilities and land cost and come up with some kind of profit projection per head and go from there with your take-home income goal.

Any long time cattle feeders want to share their net profit per head range averaged over 10-15 years??? (personal I know, probably not sometime to share online but I'm guessing -$200/hd to + $200/hd would get you pretty close!
