Monroe City, MO | I agree with you. 10 years ago, a neighbor had trouble with his combine. We went and shelled 44k bushel of corn for him. A year later our combine had a fire. He had a second combine that he didn't use for corn, so he brought it over and we cut 500 acres of beans with it. He had no inline ripper and wanted to try one, so he used ours and the tractor it was mounted on for 200 acres or so. We are using a couple of his bins to store over 15000 bushels of beans in for the second time in three years. No money ever exchanges hands, and nobody feels they get the short end of the stick. |
