West Texas | I like mine fried in butter. Heat pan good and hot and melt some butter in it, then crack eggs into it. Have on med high heat. I like mine with the edges just getting crisp and the yolk still runny.
I hate eggs cooked in bacon grease and don't like them poached. That said, I do like a soft boiled egg eaten out of the shell with a small spoon.
Oh yeah, and i do love bacon and eggs cooked together with bacon. ( I know, I'm weird). | |
