Need more information.  What email platform are you using?  Online/Broswer access or using a client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.).  I'd suggest using a browser to access your email and then using the providers blocking/spam function if you can't find something in the email.

Also, sometimes using the provided unsubscribe link actually verifies that the address they are using is a valid one and may result in more/different unwanted emails.
