I would recommend a couple of things if you are going to sell products you raise as feed.

Cash or credit card only. Nothing leaves unless paid for.

Own a group of animals that can eat the waste. Goats, cows, hogs, or whatever. You will have waste from cleaning grain, damaged hay, or aged stuff you sell.

Keep it simple. Sell in bulk when you can, and offer a discount as long as you are secure in your knowledge of your costs.

Do the work yourself as much as possible.
Your profits per unit will drop dramatically with your first employee if you are employing them legally.
