EC SoDak		Would love to, but non ag investors are 1031ing money like it’s nobodies business the last 5/6 years. It’s gotten just silly.

Multi thousand acre/multi generational farms that farm free and clear haven’t even been able to justify buying land at auction against these outside 1031 investors.
