I don't know how anybody could be losing money on cow calf right now.
I cleared $1500/cow
Charging myself $370/acre rent on pasture.
Even if i charged myself $1000/acre rent to match corn ground, i'd still be good.
You would have to be doing something seriously wrong someplace.
