| Yes they did have trouble getting workers for the Bakken even with an unlimited bank account of big oil. I know it's tough to understand living in Wisconsin with all those people available.
The real problem IMO is the unemployment benefits. They are way too good. When you have a group of people that sit at the bar all day every day. You go in there and ask if anyone would like to drive truck for 35$ an hour for a couple weeks of harvest and they say they can't they have a fishing trip planned next week. They haven't worked in years how do they have money to go fishing? The money is too good to do nothing that's the problem. The other one that bugs me is last time I drove truck for you I made too much money and screwed up my benefits. Something is wrong with the system. | |
