Wisconsin | Is everybody crazy? You could rent it to recoup some investment, but that's a steep learning curve, just as steep as any farming venture. Probably not a good time to get into rental property, and small acreages make challenging rentals. What would it cost to put up an 8' chain link fence around it, a lot less than what you'd lose paying 400 for that. Wait till next time. | |
