If they start eating at dusk they eat for 4=5 hours gets you a long ways towards morning already. Link below is the calf warmer I have, works very well. easily fits 2 and have had 3 in it already, make sure that you vent it enough to keep the air from getting too humid. I usually put them in from 4-12 hours, get colostrum in ASAP, if really cold or calf is lethargic you can put them in longer.

The supplement below works real well if calf gets chilled , I give 1/2 of a box when calf goes in warmer, do not mix it too hot, but get it in as warm as possible, put hfr. in chute at 4-12 hours and calf on her. ,( the 4 number is best)

How many do you have?

If tight on space you can run thru the chute and if they have milk or calf is being carried real low when you bump it, calf will come soon, if really miserable out you need to get to them really fast and may be better if you can get them into a bedded pen out of the wind, we are not set up for that, but start later, some years though conditions are worse in April then Feb.
