goodhue county,mn | if you can swing it.....BUY IT. .....i dont know your age but your remaining years will be more stress free.....i sold a site to a guy ...told me he would never sell ,,he would be my neighbor for life ....he was a good neighbor.....he sold it to a fugging moron....the new neighbor doesnt do anything wrong ,,so i am thankful and maybe he outgrew his moroness....my taxes went up so much from the sale of that site and i suppose the new house ...the government swallowed up every dime in taxes i pocketed when i sold it.....20--20 hindsight...wished i would have never sold it ....like i said if you can swing it BUY IT..... | |
