A request is not a magic wand that makes them legal. The majority of those requests will be denied.

Your lack of understanding of the process and oversimplification says a lot. The fact that you try to conflate refugee status and a work visa also points to your lack of understanding. I would also guess you fail to grasp the difference between migrants and refugees.
