Here the ones with the owners last name has to do the crap jobs as the hired help won't.
Not that the hired help won't, but the jobs that we don't want the hired help to have to do because we have an extra incentive to come to work and also we want them to want to come to work. Lol. Sometimes they insist on helping, but in general we try to get them on a nicer job.
Now if it was a kid starting out, we might have him help, but there would always be one of us along side doing the dirty work as well.
My boys don't complain about having to clean bins and stuff like that, but none of us look forward to it. My regret is they never had the pleasure of scooping out a milo bin with no sweep and all the shoveling that was involved. I have satisfaction when pushing around a nice sweep that almost cleans the bin even when it isn't a fun job and sweat is rolling. I actually like the exercise from shoveling what's left as there just isn't that many manually depleting jobs anymore and I see no point in jogging. Lol.
