Yeah, I wouldn't expect a govt worker to have any clue that in the real world (private sector), money is not unlimited and real work has to get done.
In the private sector your employer can't turn on the printing press to make more money to pay the employees, the employees have to return more $'s to the employer than they cost to employ otherwise the company will eventually cease to exist and the employees lose their jobs.
