I dread the day my neighbor passes. He has 10 acres cut out of my homestead. He’s easy to get along with drives slowly, calls me if cows are out more than once. His home is in very poor condition and I would be dozering it if I bought it. There’s a rattlesnake den somewhere in his property that’s pretty severe.

But dang when the realtors get ahold of it the sky’s the limit. Actual value is $24,000 plus maybe 3k for the water well that’s a 3-400 gallon a day job max. But a realtor will convince some city person it’s a great fixer upper and worth all of 150,000
