I agree. Things will get done and the large farmer will figure out how to do it without the cheap labor. A lot of autonymis equipment coming available. Ask the autoworker how demanding even more worked out for a lot of them.
I don't feel sorry for the farmer that says he can't find help. I also don't feel sorry for those offered a job and won't take it or demands things.
