That said, many large businesses and vegitable farms have positions where the worker can't really screw up much. On the average farm, an employee is tasked with running very high dollar equipment that can be abused by lack of caring or ignorance or even malice. I think most farms are money ahead to find and pay competent and happy employees. | |
