On my laptop, Window is in lower left corner. Hold your mouse over the Window. Click once. You should see a column.  There will be a "wheel". If you scroll up and hold your mouse over the wheel, it will say "Settings". Click on it. That should take you to where you see "devices". That should take you to "printers".  At least on mine, that is how I do it.
