Marshalltown, IA | I was offered an acreage that’s attached to a farm I bought years ago. Well kept house built in the 70’s. 2 bed. 2 bath. Several outbuildings from the 50’s. A cement silo and an old bunker. On 9 acres. I don’t really want to spend the money in this economy. I think their asking price is high but I’m not in tune to the current market. Hard question to answer but what’s it worth? Between Marshalltown and Grundy
