West Michigan | Shimmy that's what I've heard around these parts of Michigan. At least on road John deere techs around us are in pretty high demand. A few John Deere dealers around us can't seem to find techs that will stay with them but Ive heard the problem with that lies in they don't get paid what they should. Shop time when we sent are chopper in 2 years ago was 220.
Edit: I believe starting pay for a tech was 23 or 24 dollars but I heard that they don't give out to many raises. Like you said you have to work there for 10+ years to start making anywhere near what they should be paid.
