Adding storage for 30,000 gal of a hazardous material on your farm completely changes the liability profile of your farm. Not to mention the increased exposure to the property coverages, or the implications to workers compensation (should you carry it.) If your insurance company has chosen not to rate for it congratulations, but I would not expect this to apply universally.


NH3 is not classified as a hazardous material
