Thanks for the info, those numbers are very much inline with what I have heard. I plan on farming for a few decades more, hopefully one of my boys will farm, so it sounds like it would be a worth while investment. Yes, I've gathered that tanks are around the $2/gal just not sure how much to expect on freight/plumbing/setup. 150K for a 60,000 gal system would seem very reasonable. I guess I need to get busy if I'm going to be ready for those summer fill prices. LOL


Buying the tank on Del Peterson is the easy part.

Wide load trucking $7+/mile. Crane on each end????

Heard of a $100,000 quote to plumb a NH3 set up. Which is crazy and the guy figured out a cheaper alternative.

No insurance increase here.. Missouri is no issue on farmer storage.
